No pass or NOC required for entry and exit in the state - ACS, Home
Jaipur, 16 June. Additional Chief Secretary Home Shri
Rajeeva Swarup has said
that now no person will need any type of Pass or NOC for entry and exit in Rajasthan.
Regarding Restoring
free Inter-State movement of Persons in Reference of Directions issued vide letter of even number dated
June 10, 2020, an order has been issued by Home Department today.
Keeping in view the situation that
the position in regard to daily new COVID-19 positive cases has now stabilized,
that the recovery rate in the State has improved to being amongst the best in the
country, and the fact that the regulations imposed on inter-State movement of persons
is causing difficulty to the people, the conditions imposed vide letter of even
number dated June 10, 2020, on the entry and exit of people in and out of the State
are removed with immediate effect.
Accordingly, free movement of people
in and out of the State is restored subject to the condition that all persons entering
and exiting the State shall be screened at the point of entry or exit,
respectively. The check posts set up be continued for the purpose of screening.
It is clarified that there will no longer be any requirement for any person to obtain a pass or NOC for the purpose of entry or exit into or out of Rajasthan.
